Meet our Staff
Denise Smith
As the Executive Director of Caritas,
Denise has many roles within the organization. She has 15
years of non-profit administrative experience, which greatly
helps in her work at Caritas. Among many other things, Denise
is responsible for agency development, public and community
awareness of the agency and its activities, fund raising and
reporting to the board.
Alyce Linscott
Alyce is Executive Assistant to Denise and
in general the office manager. Many of Alyce's tasks involve
the business end of things, including handling the finances
and maintaining patient and volunteer databases. Alyce also
acts as a liaison between patients, volunteers and the agency,
providing a vital communication link. She also provides
integral administrative support in organizing training
sessions, fund raising efforts and board meeting preparations.
Pam Krison
As the Program Coordinator Pam provides the
link between patients and volunteers. She is responsible for
handling referrals once they have been received and assessing
the needs of potential patients on an individual basis. Pam
also provides ongoing communication with current patients and
volunteers. She periodically reviews each case individually to
ensure that goals are being met. |
